Your only neighbor is the owners main house with a grassy field in-between and no facing windows. Very private.

Two person outdoor hot tub perfect for star gazing at night. No light pollution. The property is ideal for photographers or artist to build their portfolios or write your next novel. The owners are happy to accommodate for your needs, just ask.

Indoor 2 person Far Infrared Sauna. Massage table available if wellness and health is your focus. Main bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has two twins or if put together makes a King. Sunporch with West facing windows can be used for additional sleeping. Washer and dryer. Quiet walks, no traffic. Dogs welcome although there is no fenced in yard. Kitchen equipped with essentials.

The area has 2 nearby lakes and 2 single person kayaks or canoe available for rent. Lane is a dead end so no through traffic enhances this private location. Relax and enjoy bird-watching and quiet walks. Home is ADA friendly except for the gravel driveways. Fishing in the pond by the owners home is available by request- dependent on weather and current activities. Bluegill, Red-ear, and Bass. Catch and release or keep for dinner. ( please throw back any bass over 15'')
