This modern beach home is located on a sandy part of Las Flores beach. The large open floor plan allows easy flow from the living room and wet bar to the kitchen and dining featuring top of the line appliances, porcelain tile and white glass fronted cabinetry. Master bedroom boasts stunning ocean views, en-suite bath and private ocean front deck. Additional two bedrooms with bath and an additional 4th bedroom complete the lower floor. This residence features stunning views of the Malibu coast and sunset. The home features all new furniture and accessories.

Bedroom 2 has 1 King Bed
Bedroom 3 has 1 King Bed
Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin Beds (1 Twin bunk from Restoration Hardware)

Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, we can put you in touch with the independent cleaner we use. She charges $425 per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

Please Note: The beach conditions are controlled by Mother Nature. Beach access and the amount of dry sand and exposed rocks in front of the residence can vary greatly and can depend on the tide and currents at the time of your stay.
