With two 10 x 26 boat slips, you'll have no problem loading your boat up for sailing, waterskiing, or fishing. Tour the area and discover the local attractions that'll make your getaway unforgettable, like Dockknockers & Boathouse, Ozark Yacht Club, Alhonna's, and Shady Gators, all within a five-mile radius. Spacious and cozy for family reunions, group get-togethers, and general escapes, this large home is perfect for every occasion. Challenge your friends to friendly competition on the pool table or dart board in the game room, or gather together at the end of the day around the firepit to roast marshmallows and tell stories until the stars come out to dot the sky.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. The open-concept floor plan was designed with togetherness in mind so that no conversation would be lost here. Marvel at the blanket of natural light throughout, the plush furniture, the high ceilings, and the comfort radiating from every corner of this humble abode. Take in a movie marathon on the large TV, read a good book on the expansive deck, or whip up a delicious meal in the sophisticated kitchen. Hobby chefs will love utilizing the ample cupboard room, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and two formal dining tables. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
