Guests have access to the entire home and property with the exception of:

The adjoining open concept kitchen boasts a floating island, perfect for gathering around while the chef of the group prepares delightful meals. And for those cherished moments of togetherness, a stylish Mobili Fiver Italian dining table awaits with seating for ten, where stories and laughter flow freely.

Entertainment knows no bounds here. A colossal 75-inch 4K TV dominates one wall, ready to immerse you in your favorite shows or play the soundtrack to your vacation. Making your way around the lower level, you'll discover the "Jungle Room" – a primary bedroom sanctuary. The Coastal Room, equally spacious, greets you with a king-sized bed, a thoughtfully designed desk/workstation, a walk in closet, and another 50-inch 4K Smart TV to cater to your needs.

French Doors from the main room open up to reveal the ultimate outdoor oasis, complete with a captivating heated pool surrounded by luscious palm trees. Evenings are magical here, as vibrant colors illuminate the poolside, casting a mesmerizing glow over the entire space. The outdoor dining area welcomes you with a generously sized table for ten, ready for joyful gatherings and delicious barbecues prepared on the Weber grill.

When the sun is at its zenith, a large umbrella comes to the rescue, offering refreshing shade for both the dining area and the poolside loungers. A second large umbrella graces the lounge area, inviting you to bask in the warmth of the sun while staying cool under its canopy.

As you ascend the staircase, you'll find two charming bedrooms, linked by a convenient jack and jill full bathroom. The Tropical Themed "Bird Room" on the left embraces you with a queen bed, a delightful seating area adorned with colorful artwork that exudes Florida vibes, and a 50-inch 4K Smart TV for those relaxed evenings.

Meanwhile, the bedroom on the right captivates with two full-sized beds, wrapped in a calming blue aesthetic, accompanied by yet another 50-inch 4K Smart TV.
