Rustic City Oasis on the River

Enjoy a nice relaxing getaway without leaving the city! This rustic cabin offers tons of space and a great place to bring the whole family. With two main floor bedrooms, an upstairs loft including a bathroom and kitchenette and a fully fitted basement for kids and adults alike, there is room for everyone. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck, or dinner in the backyard under the stars. Walk by the river or take a short drive into downtown to see all the city has to offer!

Main level has 2 bedrooms (each with a King bed), full bathroom, & dining space. There is also a sleeper sofa with a queen-sized mattress in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs and a designated workspace with a desk. Cozy sitting area with a view of the river. Smart TV in the living room and electric fireplace.
Upstairs you will find a small apartment style space including a queen-sized bed, crib, bathroom and Kitchenette.
Downstairs in the finished basement you will find a bathroom with shower and small Kitchenette. There are two bunk beds with twin sized mattresses and a queen-sized sofa sleeper. Lots of sitting room with a smart TV and games for everyone!

This is a wonderful location right outside the city. Close enough to enjoy downtown but you will feel as if you drove hours North to get privacy! Park, kayak launch, disc golf, golf course & zipline within walking distance.

Just a short drive or ride to the city center and also nearby many shops and eateries.

**Please note, the fireplace in the bedroom is not in use, it is just for aesthetics. The property does have 4 separate sleeping spaces, but the bed upstairs & the basement bunk beds are not closed off from the living rooms or kitchenettes.
*Any Rental over 30 days requires a signed residential lease.
*Be respectful of the neighbors (NO loud music or late-night partying).
*No shoes are smoking in the house
*No tampering with devices, internet or exterior cameras
*Events or non-Airbnb guests in the home must be cleared with the host prior to booking & there may be an additional charge.
*Due to the extra wear & tear & cleaning, there is a per night charge for additional guests.
*Pets are allowed but are not to be left unattended.
* Also, there may be additional space available for rent for bigger groups. If you have additional guests, please check with the host before booking.
*Please turn off lights, fans, fireplace etc. when not in use and before you leave.
*Please inform the host if the property has been damaged in any way or special cleanup is needed.
**Please note that this cabin is very unique with lots of rustic charm.
*You are welcome to use the charcoal grill outside. We do not provide charcoal or gas, but if other guests have left some behind, you are welcome to use it. Please make sure someone is monitoring the grill at all times when in use. ***If you use the grill, you are responsible for cleaning it

Hot tub Information & Rules:
Please note, it is mandatory that you read this information prior to using the hot tub.

-Hot tub can be used from 8am-10pm
-Pregnant women, persons with heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure problems & elderly people should not use a hot tub or spa without doctor's permission.
-We do not advise young children to use the hot tub. In the event that you allow a minor to use the hot tub, they must be supervised at all times.
-The hot tub PH has been tested within 24 hours of your stay & is at a safe level.
-The device in the hot tub is time released chlorine. Please do not remove it from the hot tub. Removing this device could result in the water reaching an unsafe PH level.
-By law, the hot tub temperature cannot exceed 104 degrees. The temperature has been set to 100 degrees.
-The recommended maximum time limit in the hot tub is 15 minutes.
-No use of alcohol while in the hot tub. The high water temperature in a hot tub will accelerate drowsiness if a person has consumed alcohol or is taking drugs, increasing the risk of drowning.
-Swimsuits should be rinsed with water prior to use (laundry detergent will offset the PH of the water)
-Use a shock treatment container after each use of the hot tub
-If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the tub, the renter will be charged a cleaning fee of $100 as the tub needs to be emptied & cleaned.
-Absolutely no glass in or around the hot tub. There is a $200 fee to professionally clean & remove broken glass.
-Cover shall remain on hot tub at all times when not in use
-It is normal to see white particles in the water which is the bromide sanitizing.

The guest further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless host and/or owner, and employees from any and all claims, damages liabilities, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the renters use of the tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage.
