The Space:
This home boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms to comfortably sleep four guests. The main area includes a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, kitchen tools & gadgets needed for cooking, coffee maker, a cozy family room w/a smart TV and enough seating for the whole family, and a washer & dryer.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfy king sized bed as well as its own full bathroom right next to it. Additionally, the sofa in the family room folds out to a queen sized bed in case more sleeping space is required.

Enjoy the our private patio and fenced off backyard, or relax in the family room with our Smart TV. Feel free to utilize the laundry machine. Take advantage of our fully-stocked kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to park in our driveway, or even park along the sidewalk if needed. The garage is currently off-limits to our guests.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet twin-home complex so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night.

We do not allow any house parties in our home out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our new renovated twin-home.

Smoking or using illegal drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere on or around this property. Violating our policies smoking/drug and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
