A 2-minute drive from the Superdome and casino, and a quick walk to the French Quarter, this unit brings uptown comforts to an ideal downtown location. The professionally designed spaces offer open-concept layouts and kitchen & dining spaces perfect for entertaining.
The Space:
Welcome to The Moderne, a stunning collection of luxury condos located in New Orleans’ trendy Warehouse District. No expense was spared to bring this project to life; it boasts an amazing location with all the amenities of home, and then some. Look out on gorgeous New Orleans from the balcony before a day of exploring. Enjoy group meals in the chef’s kitchen, relax and unwind in the open-concept living area, then rest and repeat. This space is perfect for groups looking to experience the best this city has to offer. This listing represents three units two of which are side by side and the third is directly across the hall. Each individual unit is equipped with the following:
-Space is professionally designed to create a seamless experience for group travel. Condos can be rented individually or in clusters to best serve your group’s needs.
-A sleek chef’s kitchen, fully stocked with essentials: cookware, utensils, coffee, tea, etc.
-Dining table for sit down meals and a kitchen island for more casual dining.
-A modern, private viewing balcony showcasing the New Orleans skyline (please note, only one unit has a balcony)
-All the comforts of home: high speed Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.
-Oversized flat screen TV in the living room and in every bedroom
-Open-concept living area designed for groups to connect and create memories.
-All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.
-All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.
Guest Access:
Both the building door and unit door locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.

Unbeatable Location - Less than a 10 minute walk from the French Quarter, WWII museum, and the Caesar’s Superdome, The Moderne’s Central Warehouse District location puts you in the middle of New Orleans' best attractions while conveniently steps away from chic restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores (Rouse's and CVS 1 min walk). This walkable neighborhood has so much to offer, with no shortage of food, beverage, and entertainment including some of our favorites like Bar Marilou - 3 min walk, Herbsaint - 4 min walk, Harrah’s Casino - 12 min walk (.6 mi) - more insider recommendations in our area guide!
Getting Around:
You will be a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter, and biking is another fun and convenient option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short cab ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.
