Clean & quaint in a safe, convenient location for professionals. Amenities function like a full private kitchen, including full fridge. Attached front unit suite with private locks, entry, dining area, bathroom. Free parking infront of entrance/driveway. Fast wifi/hard-wired ethernet, smart TV. Kid-friendly. 1 mile from gym, restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, bus stops, nearby canal & park for fishing, exercising, playing sports. 5 minutes from Fwys, hospitals, libraries. Shared laundry room.

NOTE on security:
Rest assured, you are in a safe, quiet, friendly neighborhood, conveniently located close to freeways, markets, coffee shops, gas stations, dining areas, libraries, and hospitals. You won't see drive-by shootings or crazy drivers here. This is not a party street or run-down neighborhood; it is well-maintained. All doors to the suite have locks so guests from other units cannot access this unit; no guest can access this unit without access code or keys. Guests still need to lock their doors for security purposes. The interior door that separates the bedroom from the kitchenette has been fixed so it can be shut and locked tightly.

Although indistinguishable, you CAN possibly hear social noises from the other units (if they are occupied), so we do not recommend booking this listing if you are very sensitive to noise or is a light sleeper. Social noises can be heard in the dining area, so guests who desire more privacy need to close their bedroom door. The quiet hours are strictly enforced in all units, and violators will first be warned and reservation cancelled for continued violations.

Shared exteriors i.e. backyard, laundry room, and parking. 8 parking spots available for all 3 units, in addition to street parking.

Wifi stability: hard-wired internet is available for those with ethernet cables or you can rent the ethernet cable from us.

No shared interior spaces with other guests. In other words, the kitchenette, dining area, and master bedroom & ensuite bathroom are private. The entire space is about 300 square feet.

You will be required to pay all fees related to pets prior to check-in; please read house rule for more details.

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, we will go out of our way to help you. We will do the following:

1. Follow CDC's recommended cleaning procedures. Cleaning protocols are included in your house manual.
2. Answer all your questions and concerns calmly and thoroughly.
3. Respond immediately to your concerns.
4. We have essential supplies for you.
5. Covid-19 survival field guide (links are provided in your house manual).
6. Connection to holistic practitioners that have successfully treated COVID-19 at an affordable cost. Please contact host if you need this service.
7. Host & host's affiliates observe social distancing, where/when applicable, including wearing masks, depending on guests' comfort level.

The one-bedroom, private bath guest suite is attached to the left side of the main house that has white French doors in the front; guests have exclusive use of this guest suite.

Access to washer & dryer and patio is behind the gate, extra linens/towels/comforters provided when requested (besides the ones already provided at check-in)

Upgraded high-speed internet with Cox (100 megabytes per second)

Pest-free property guarantee; please report any live bugs on premise so we can contact professional pest control to re-spray property.

Guest(s)' common area (separate from other units) has a kitchenette i.e. full-size refrigerator, topper wares for food storage, rice cooker, hamburger grill, blender, double hot plate, single hot plate, a big roaster oven, a food processor, a steamer, crock pot, cooking pots, casserole dishes, tea kettle, coffee maker, eating/cooking utensils, dishes/plates/cups/bowls/glasses/cups, towels, built-in hood microwave for cooking purposes, and toaster oven. There are extra cabinets for storage.

Shared laundry room, parking, patio, and backyard with 2 other units attached to the right of this listing and to the back of of this guest suite. FULL SECURITY; GUESTS IN THE OTHER UNITS WON'T BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE SUITE IF YOU LOCK YOUR DOORS.

If requested, kid items available are: high chairs, bibs, kid-friendly eating dishes/utensils, toys, books, playpen/crib. If your child doesn't need any accommodation, please don't count him/her as a guest.

For booking 2 guests or less, the full futon will be converted into a day couch, UNLESS guests request preparation for both beds prior to check-in; there will be an additional service charge for any request after check-in. The third bed (foldable twin guest bed) is available in the dining area ONLY if requested; otherwise, for bookings 3-4 guests, we will set up two beds in the bedroom. Please let host know if there is the need for a third bed; do expect dining area to be smaller with the third bed set up.

The dining area is big enough to fit queen air mattress ONLY if guests won't be using the dining table/chairs. For access to common/dining area during the day, the twin guest bed or queen air mattress can be stored in our garage whenever not in use (entrance to the garage is the door between the white and brown cabinets). In addition to the walk-in closet, 6-drawer dressers, three shelves unit in the bathroom, and three 5-shelves cabinets in the kitchen, the door next to the kitchen cabinets leads directly into the garage for extra storage of beds and personal items.

In the dining area, behind the curtains, are French doors that lead directly into our house. These French doors will remain locked at all times and have curtains so guests and host cannot see into each other's space. Please note that only the bedroom is noise insulated. For quick, easy access to us as your host, please text us or knock on the doors if we are home. Host WILL NOT enter guests' area without prior permission.

Besides wifi, wired network internet per bedroom secures fast, stable internet connection.

We are in the middle of international dining areas. Less than 10 driving minutes you can find international buffets, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Hawaiian, Mediterranean, Italian, French, Indian, and other European/American food.

15 minutes way from ASU, this centrally located home is 5 minutes from major freeways (101 & 60), 5 minutes away from bus stops, restaurants, hospitals, police & fire stations, golf courses, Desert Oasis Swimming Pool, parks, Dobson library, MCC, ASU Research Center, SCNM, and Discovery Business Campus.

Guests have access to the master bedroom with private bathroom, an indoor laundry room, high-speed internet, wifi, own kitchenette, and own common/dining area.

Guests may park in the street, on the side of the house, or to one side of our driveway.
Other things to note
Backyard not landscaped yet; pool construction might happen during your stay; if this might be an issue, please ask host if there is construction during your reservation.

24/7 security camera surround the exteriors of the home and inside the garage; there are no security cameras inside the listing to respect guests' privacy.

Our 100% refund policy will only be applied toward guests who have documentation of the issue, and the issue has been communicated to host within 24 hours of the incident, and host has not made reasonable efforts to rectify/resolve the issues to guests' satisfaction.
