We've got it all - a beautiful pool, comfy beds, and an amazing backyard. Plus, we're right next to Fort Lauderdale Beach - so you can soak up the sun, play in the sand, and go surfing whenever you want! And if you're looking for something a bit more special, check out the historic Las Olas Blvd. or the amazing Las Olas Beach, a variety of shopping and dining options are only a few minutes away!

Our fully-equipped 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home provides all the amenities necessary for a memorable stay! An ideal place for travelers, families, friends, and even working professionals!

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a 50" Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 50" Smart TV. The 3rd room has 2 twin-sized beds and a 40" Smart TV. Relax the day away in your newly updated bathroom with modern features including recess lighting throughout the house.

Cook up some delicious homemade meals in our fully equipped kitchen, beautifully designed with stainless appliances and ample storage. The kitchen bar and dining area are great places to socialize and savor meals together.

This home has it all when it comes to entertaining - it's got it all inside and out! Watch your favorite movies on our 65" Smart TV or take a dip in the saltwater system heated pool with all the kid-friendly toys and pool toys, lounge on our beach chairs in the sun, and get the grill ready for an outdoor BBQ! You can also enjoy our fruit trees including peaches and guava!

An ensuite washer and dryer, high chair, pack n' play, high-speed WIFI with an internet speed of 200 Mbps. and 2 carport parking spaces are all provided during your stay!

* The primary booker must be 25 years old or older. Children are allowed on the property.

*Heated Pool upon request with fees paid upfront or collected at request time.

*Please note we need at least 24 notice of arrival to heat the pool. (Pool heating upon request, at $100 per day extra cost). Heated is done remotely through a wireless system.

* Please Note: We have NO fence around the pool so it’s imperative you supervise children the entire time.

*There is 1 split unit for Ac/heating located in the living room.
