Step into Longboat Key Beachside Bliss and open concept living, which includes a balcony, perfect for enjoying those beautiful sunset views. Our 2BR/2BA condo is a 5th floor unit, with elevator access. Two spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Our condo offers an open floor plan for you to always be one step away from lakeside and ocean views. Open the balcony sliders to hear the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves and wash all your worries away. When you are done with the beach head out to the famous St. Armand's Circle, just 5 minutes away for all your dining, shopping and entertainment needs!

A bonus - you get 2 assigned parking spaces, one covered (under the building) and one closest to the unit. Easy access to your front door. Beach towels supplied with your stay so no need to pay extra rental fees . We also offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies.

There are elevators for your use and convenience during your stay. Plenty of guest parking, in addition to the 2 assigned parking spots you have. Guests get full access to the community amenities. Enjoy nightly walks on the many paths around the well-manicured grounds or a game of tennis or pickleball. You can walk straight to the private beach with your night cap and take in the world renowned Sarasota sunsets and soft sands.

This property has a 30 day minimum.

Travel with confidence. The #PMIPurify program is implemented in every rental, providing a pristine clean for all guests. Please note once you book you will be directed through to our pre arrival check-in process where you will be asked to supply us with additional documents to verify your identity. Travel Protection Insurance is offered, but optional.

This vacation property is part of a Community Association and requires a separate application submission, at no cost to you.  PMI Sarasota will process the application for you.

This condo is appropriate for ages 12 and up please. Owners have animal allergies so please leave your furry family members at home.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS.
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

1. PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:
a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less
b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more

You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.

2. All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.

For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies.
