Under the warm Florida sunshine, dip into the unique shared pool, lounge under the palms, and gather on the Adirondack chairs. When exploring New Port Richey, check out the James E. Grey Preserve, Port Richey Waterfront Park, Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park, Center for the Arts at River Ridge, and Copperhead Course. There are other activities to enjoy in the area, such as Jay B Starkey Wilderness Park, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Sunset Beach Tarpon Springs, Fred Howard Park and Beach, and Honeymoon Island State Park. You can take the ferry boat to Caladesi Island, one of the world's top 10 most beautiful beaches.

Inside, your comfort is vital! The open living space boasts wicker finishes, a comfortable TV viewing spot, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, the loft, which has low ceilings, provides comfortable sleeping quarters, whereas the sizable bathroom will aid in your daily routines.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
