Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and offer queen-size beds, dresser, and closet with drawers and shelves. A 3rd bedroom on the second floor features 1 queen-size bed and 1 twin bed. The loft area offers a pleasant work space equipped with a desk and comfortable chair. A cozy reading nook makes a special spot, with two futon chairs that convert from an armchair to a lounge chair for a quick nap or reading time. A single-sized bed can provide extra sleeping space.
Two conveniently placed bathrooms–one on the first floor and one near the game room–are clean and well-stocked with thick towels, starter soap, shampoo, and conditioner. A new washer and dryer and starter detergent are available on the lower level.
The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs: stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, large refrigerator, dining sets, utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, electric tea kettle, a drip coffee maker and french press, large toaster oven, slow cooker, microwave, electric oven and more.
And there’s more…Speedy WIFI, outdoor furniture, gas grill, fire pit, and gas fire table make your leisure time a delight. Driveway parking allows for up to 6 cars. For more outdoor fun, you’ll find 3 bikes (for ages 5 to 12), 2 scooters, basketball and basketball hoop in the driveway.
Nearby is out of this world entertainment at Jack Frost/Big Boulder Skiing and Kalahari resort water park. You’ll find many more fun activities and dazzling entertainment in the area and around the Poconos.
Other Details To Note
This is a non-smoking rental. You can smoke outside, and if you do, please do not leave butts on the property. Dispose them safely to avoid any fire hazards.
This is a private/gated community. Community registration and payment required at least 3 business days prior to arrival. Make payment to the Property manager.
Amenity Passes: The following are charged by Arrowhead Lakes and paid directly to Arrowhead by the chalet owner after receiving payment from guests.
Current community fees below, subject to change per community per season:
$35 rental registration fee
$6 per person per day/night ages 6 and up
$20 per vehicle
Upon payment of these fees, each car will receive a gate access card and temporary membership. Stop at the Welcome Center upon initial arrival. Gate cards, badges for use of amenities within the community, and trash passes will be given at arrival. Please dispose of all your trash at the Community’s trash center.
