This grand vacation getaway is fit for the king of the sea! A heated saltwater pool, a pool, spa, a private, 22-foot, palapa hut-covered dock, and kids' fishing poles provide endless outdoor fun and relaxation, while highlights like a Ping-Pong table, games, and books offer plenty of family-friendly entertainment inside. A beach wagon, a cooler, chairs, an umbrella, and towels are provided for easy beachgoing convenience. Fort Myers Beach is less than 13 miles away. Other nearby attractions include Sun Splash Family Waterpark (6.5 mi.), the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall (6.2 mi.), Four Mile Ecological Cove (7.1 mi.), the Edison and Ford Winter Estates (9.8 mi.), and The Shell Factory and Nature Park (14.9 mi.).

The private dock offers direct access to the Gulf or the Caloosahatchee River, and there are no bridge crossings to deal with as you navigate your way out to open water. Life jackets (including infant and child sizes) are also provided for use during your stay.

Additional family-friendly features include a Pack-N-Play and a highchair. An elliptical machine is also equipped for home exercise.

The fifth bedroom features two twin beds that can be reconfigured into a king-size bed if preferred.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: One located at the front door, one located on the front driveway and One on the boat dock. Disconnect the one over looking the dock, unplug the unit. The plug is in the garage to the left of the garage door to the home. This will turn off the camera to the dock area

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
