The home is situated less than a mile from the scenic Rim of the World Highway and within a five-mile radius of popular attractions like Lake Gregory Regional Park, Lake Arrowhead Village, and SkyPark at Santa's Village. Wintertime fun can be had at Snowdrift Snow Tubing Park or Snow Valley Mountain Resort, both are within a 15-mile drive from the home.
Ground-floor access to the main-floor living area offers easy access upon arrival, while dedicated downstairs bedroom spaces provide added privacy and separation from household activities. If you have a little energy after the day's adventures, the gas grill and deck provide a perfect centerpiece for outdoor entertainment. Otherwise, cozy up in front of the fireplace and take it easy with a movie or streaming marathon on the smart TV. The full kitchen is well-appointed for family meal prep. Additional perks include free WiFi for web browsing or remote working.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
