Comfortable apartment, good location
This was a really great place to stay!
I stayed here for a week, and the apartment was very comfortable and convenient, with all of the amenities one could ask for. There is free parking in the garage. It is only a 25 minute walk to the center of Nashville (Broadway, etc.) and there are plenty of other great places within about 10 minutes walking distance, too.
Overall the apartment was clean, well-stocked, and quite nice. There is a balcony overlooking an internal courtyard. I did not experience any issues with noise.
I had some difficulty navigating my way around the building, but got the hang of it in a day or two without issue. It is a new development, very much an apartment complex, but the space itself is thoughtfully arranged and decorated so as to not feel commercial, impersonal, or without warmth. The space is actually quite chic and cozy.
I felt very safe inside the unit as well. The use of an electronic fob is necessary to get inside of any part of the building and the room itself. The building has cameras on every entrance. It is across the street from an entire section of public housing which can be a little concerning, especially for a solo female traveler at night, but the front of the building Is well-lit and felt safe. Overall, this location feels like a reasonable “use common sense and you’ll be fine” area, without any issue.
I would totally stay here again! The host was very responsive and helpful, and the location is really great!
