Days under the sun can be spent exploring and playing at the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena, Bijou Community Park, Magic Carpet Golf, Pope Beach, and Emerald Bay State Park. Guests will also be excited to note that this beautiful home is only a short five minute walk to Lakeside Beach and a ten minute walk to Heavenly ski resort where access to chairlifts, restaurants, and shopping can be found. After a day spent out and about, head for the bubbling warmth of the private hot tub. Your late-night soaks are well-paired with barbecued meals, prepared on the gas grill.

Inside, updated and inviting living quarters will welcome you in. Cozy up and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace before you utilize the kitchen's ample meal prep space and stainless steel appliances. As you explore the rest of the home, you'll find a remote workstation, spacious bedrooms, and updated bathrooms. A private washer/dryer and internet access are also available at your convenience.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
