Fernweh Riverfront is situated along the Guadalupe River with 6 rental options too choose from.

Our air-conditioned primitive cabins offer fresh new linens, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, Brio water dispenser, microwave, outdoor picnic table & charcoal grill. Restrooms & shower facilities are shared communal, with privacy locks for individual use. Direct access to the Guadalupe River is complimentary. Located between 2nd & 3rd crossing at "Fernweh Riverfront." All guests enjoy access to the shared amenities at "Fernweh Hillside," including the pool and pickle ball court!

Located at Fernweh Riverfront, Gilly is one of three cabins located on the property with private river access. Appointed with 2 queen size beds, your sleep should be comfortable in the fresh new linens and soft pillows. We suggest bringing anything extra that you might need to make your stay comfortable. Your A/C should be ice cold, and if you have any issues with anything during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out to KOZE!

We provide in-cabin towels for our guests (hanging door racks are available in each for drying your towels in between showers), shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, lotion, etc., and a portable shower caddy for your use during your stay. The shared restroom and showers are located a little further down the hill, before you get to the bar and grill. Door #1 is the restroom and while very humble, it is stocked with toilet paper and there is hand soap, as well as a little shelf for you to take a toiletries bag if needed. The shared showers are Doors #2 & #3 - inside you will find teak mats for standing, a small teak shelf to set your shower caddy down, a mirror, multiple hooks for hanging towels, clothes, toiletries bag, etc.

Gilly is the only cabin with a separate living area & streaming television. The TV operates via WiFi and it can be very spotty, so streaming connectivity is not guaranteed. We recommend bringing along a gaming or other HDMI device as an alternative if electronic entertainment is required.

There are two (2) designated parking spaces identified for your use as “Gilly Parking” - access is down the steep driveway to the right as you enter the gate. At the very end of the driveway, drive past all of the cabins and your space is located to the left, after Topaz. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF YOUR UNIT (unless required for loading/unloading - max 30 minutes). There will be 2 green parking tags inside the unit - please hang from your rear-view mirror throughout the duration of your stay at Fernweh Riverfront.
We are located in a drought prone area and burn bans for Comal County can come and go frequently. To remain safe, please use the provided charcoal grill with the cover secured while prepping and cooking. Cooled ashes should be disposed in the provided ash bucket.

We do have "quiet hours" but the property contains a total of 6 rentals. We request conscientious behavior from all of our guests.

A small trash can is located inside your unit, but a larger dedicated trash can is located outside of your cabin door. Please use and if it needs to be emptied during your stay, just take the full bag to the dumpster located at the property entrance (please make sure the dumpster doors stay closed) and extra bags are located in the bottom of the trash can.
