Wrap yourself in mountain style at Fairway Lodge, a luxe four bedroom home situated in the Fairways at Pole Creek community, minutes from world-class golf and skiing that sleeps up to 10 guests. This mountain getaway combines the perfect blend of amenities, spacious layout, thoughtful design, and an unbeatable location with secluded luxury.

Spread over two levels, this four bedroom stand alone home boasts large log beam supports, private hot tub, outdoor fire pit, cozy amenities, several areas for your group to spread out, and the soothing comforts of home. Walk through the foyer and into the main level and be warmly invited by the open living room that has custom decor & design and features sweeping views of the surrounding forests. Sink into style in the plush furnishings and warm up by the large gas fireplace after a fun day on the Pole Creek Golf Course, slopes, or trails. Make sure you check out some of the wild animals that adorn the house as you head into the gourmet kitchen that's stocked with stainless steel appliances the chef in your group will love. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar and 10 at the dining room table for when you want to come together for a meal. There's also a custom wet bar with a wine fridge on this level and a large dedicated study if you need to work while visiting Winter Park. Head downstairs to the lower level, and find a second lounge that has a large TV to catch your favorite game or watch a movie with your group. This level also features another wet bar & kitchenette, plus lower level patio access.

When you're ready to rest easy head to one of the four luxe bedrooms to recharge. There's a main level King Primary Suite that has private deck access to the bubbling hot tub, a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub & walk-in closet. On the lower level, there's another King Suite with an attached ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV, and hotel-style luxury linens. You'll find two more bedrooms on the lower level with a shared bathroom, one King bedroom and one bunk room featuring Queen/Queen bunk beds. All of the beds have hotel-style luxury linens that will offer you a perfect night's sleep while on vacation.

Additional amenities at Fairway Lodge include a private hot tub, heated floors, outdoor fire pit, ski racks & ample storage, indoor gas fireplaces, heated two car garage with additional parking, gas grill, multiple outdoor seating areas, grassy backyard, keyless entry, and private washer & dryer.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Second King Suite, King Bedroom, and a Bunk Room with Queen/Queen bunk beds. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Wonderful Experience
Fairway lodge was ideal for our extended family which included 3 grandsons, aged 7-9. The downstairs area was far enough away from the Master bedroom that we could escape when we wanted/needed to. We all loved the hot tub. The open kitchen and large dining room table were a great place to convene at dinner time. The boys said the best part of the whole week was going with Mimi to Murdochs where they were treated with really cool wooden rubber band guns. We did not offer them the rubber band amo but they had a great time playing make believe battle in the surrounding woody area and stone "trench". We really enjoyed the privacy the property offered. The house is solid and beautiful. We hope to return.

Great property, great location
We had a wonderful time at the Fairway Lodge property! It sits on 2 acres of land, full of pine trees and wildlife. The house itself is beautiful and is the perfect size for 10 people. We loved sitting outside on the back deck to enjoy the view of the mountains during the day and the stars at night. Checking in and out was a piece of cake and the property management team was responsive and helpful. Starlink Internet is a huge plus! Will be staying again!!

Great place!
The Fairway Lodge is a really great place to stay. The kitchen was very well equipped as was the rest of the home. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it is much larger in person. The deck is incredible with its natural gas fire table and outdoor dining area. We'll definitely stay with Winter Park Lodging again!
