We are offering you a combo of two exquisite apartments located on different floors of the same building, Menesse 32. A very modern, 3 bedroom penthouse, waiting for its guests to enjoy a holiday in style and an equally modern 2 bedroom apartment. Your group will enjoy a private swimming pool, 5 large bedrooms with the highest quality furniture and appliances on the market, right in the heart of downtown Playa. It's hard to beat this location between 5th Avenue and 10th Avenue!

Perfectly located downtown, being close to the beach and close to all of the amazing restaurants and shops that Playa del Carmen has to offer.
The Penthouse: The real highlight of this unit is the private roof-top terrace, with both ocean views and city views, it makes it the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise or some evening cocktails.

From the moment you walk through the door, you will notice the detail that was put into decorating this unit. The kitchen has all upgraded appliances to ensure you can cook up a gourmet meal at the end of a great day at the beach. The sit-up bar has custom made wooden stools made from local materials.

The chic living room boasts a large 50'' Smart TV with cable TV, imported decorative pillows and a comfortable chaise lounger/couch for those lazy days. Just off the living room is the main floor balcony. This is a cozy space to enjoy afternoon sunsets or early morning coffee.

The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are both on the main floor of the unit. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with stylish decorative accents throughout the bedroom. from the trendy lamps to the imported pieces of art, you're sure to enjoy the views inside as well as outside! For your enjoyment. there is also a 46" smart tv and partial ocean view if you prefer. The master bathroom has lots of counter space and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom comfortably holds 2 double beds to help make sure there is lots of space for you and your group. The paint colors and decorative artwork was specially chosen to help create a calm and mellow atmosphere. A retreat for you to be able to unwind after a long day in the sun. There are large windows that allow lots of natural light to enter the room. Just outside of the 2nd bedroom, you'll find another bathroom that also acts as a guest bathroom.

Head upstairs where you'll be greeted by the 3rd bedroom and rooftop terrace. The 3rd bedroom is definitely a favourite amongst guests. It acts as its own retreat with a King Size bed, 46" smart TV, coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge. It's a great feature for those that like to get up early and enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony complete with hammock. This bedroom has large sliding glass doors that allow in lots of light and a nice view of the ocean.

On the upper level, you'll also love the private rooftop terrace. When you don't feel like dealing with any crowds, this is where you'll be. There is a private pool with great ocean and city views, a dining table with space for 6, two loungers and a propane BBQ to help you cook up the perfect meal.

The second condo: From the instant you walk through the door, you'll notice the detail and thought that has been put into creating this space. Elegantly decorated, everything has been thought out to make sure you maximize your relaxing vacation. The kitchen has all upgraded appliances and everything you need to ensure you can cook up a great meal at the end of a great day at the beach. The sit-up bar has plenty of seating and will surely be the place to congregate and laugh about the days events. The well decorated living room boasts a large 55'' Smart TV with cable TV, and tons of natural light coming in from the floor to ceiling patio doors. Open them up to create a great indoor outdoor space perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Head over to your master bedroom where you'll feel as though you've stepped into your own private retreat. With a king sized bed, flat screen tv and high end linens, it may be hard to get out of bed every morning! Once you do finally step out of bed, you'll enjoy the larger master bathroom with tons of closet space, double sinks and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is equally comfortable with it's own king size bed, lots of closet space and en-suite bathroom. The paint colors and decorative artwork was specially chosen to help create a calm and warming atmosphere. A space for you to be able to unwind after a long day in the sun.
As an added bonus, the building also has a common rooftop area with another pool and lounging area. This area is a bit larger and has phenomenal views of the ocean as well as Playa del Carmen.

With a lots of space for everyone, this condo is the perfect option for larger groups or those families that want space for everyone in a more private setting. And being close to everything is definitely a huge bonus.

Your paradise awaits!

As you can see in the pictures, all fences are made of glass. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised on these areas.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the private roof-top terrace with a private pool, as well as to the shared roof-top pool with barbecue and plenty of lounging spaces.

This location puts you right in the middle of all the action. It's a few blocks from the popular Mamitas Beach, Mamitas Beach Club, and a block from all the shops and restaurants that stretch the length of 5th avenue. Enjoy top notch seafood from Los Aguachiles , tacos from El Fogon, or sip on the delicious coffee offered by Ah Cacao Chocolate Cafe. These are just a few options out of the endless list of shopping and dining this area has to offer.

You won't have any problems getting around on foot, or using the taxi system which is quite affordable. Your welcome package will outline additional instructions for you to get around.

● **Unit 404 is for sale. Realtors may need to show the unit during your stay, we will let you know before the visit takes place**

● ***Beside the building there is another building under construction. Some construction activities could be noisy, however all works will stop after 06:00 pm and during weekends. This can be seen from one of the bedrooms of unit 201.***

● This unit is located in a noisy part of town due to restaurants and clubs near the complex.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

● Please follow the complex rules.

● You will find a washer/dryer machine in unit 201 but it is currently out of service, this is why is not listed as an amenity.

Loud and not up to par
We got two units. The 4th floor unit was very nice. The street side unit was so hard to sleep in due to the construction going on next to us and the Bars on that street. We got little to no sleep. If you want the night life this one is for you. The counter tops in the kitchen were broke so bad it was slightly dangerous. They did not state there was a dishwasher, because it did not work with a big sign on it, it was really embarrassing when we had company over.

no water the first 24 hours
The check in was easy, but we quickly realized that the 2nd floor had no water. We checked in at 3 and notified them quickly. They replied that they were sorry and that they hoped the water would be back the next day, but nothing more. The company sends many emails to offer rides and tours, and they continued to send messages like, 'we hope last night was super'.
