727 Seahorse Road is a lovely two-story home that will be perfect for your vacation. As a second-row beach home, this house is just a short walk to the ocean allowing you to soak up the rays during the hot summer days. This five-bedroom, four-bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. It is centrally located near Island Bites, The Beach Club, the Olympic pool, the tennis and pickleball courts, and The Sandbar. It comfortably accommodates up to 14 people and offers stunning porch views of the beach.

Front and back deck newly renovated, completely redone in April of 2024. New deck furniture was added along with a new walkway and outdoor shower!

Features include Vizio smart TVs wth high-speed wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals along with an extra fridge in the garage and full washer and dryer. The dining room seamlessly opens up to the living room with vaulted ceilings and large windows allowing you to take in the view. This property is currently streaming only.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more
