The Space:
Welcome to Heirloom's newest Savannah historic home. The location of this home is par-none; just 1 block from River Street, here, you and your group will enjoy views of the water and a central downtown location that places the city at your fingertips.

Our team of professional interior designers worked hard to create a space at once elevated in style as well as deeply comfortable while maintaining the historical integrity of the home. The space is filled with amenities, local art, antique furniture and finishings, and the backyard features a patio shaded by a 200+ year old sycamore tree. Our airy and spacious home can sleep up to 16 guests and is custom-designed for large groups to experience luxury living in Savannah.

Guest Access:
The entire house, including outdoor space, is reserved for your exclusive use.

Our home is in the best location in Savannah to experience all the area has to offer. Just 1 block from River Street, whether you’re in town to dine, shop, or explore, this location puts the entire city at your fingertips. Our home features beautiful views of the river, as well. There is no better location to do it all.

All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is on foot. Our central downtown location means you can leave your car behind and walk everywhere! Other popular transportation options include ridesharing services, bike rentals, or public transportation. Off-street parking is available for the car lover.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
