The Yellowstone Hideaway Unit C does not have Air Conditioning, most homes in Montana do not have AC. We encourage our guests of Yellowstone Hideaway to open the windows at night to enjoy the cool evening temperatures and close those windows during the day (including curtains/blinds) to keep cooler air inside the home. For your safety, please only open windows when you are present in the home. Additionally, homes will have fans located in the bedroom closets.

The west gate to Yellowstone is typically closed from November 1st until December 15 to prepare for the over snow season. The over snow travel season for Yellowstone typically runs December 15th until Mach 15th. The west gate to Yellowstone is then closed again from the closing day of over snow travel until mid April to prepare for the summer season. Please note these dates are subject to change, please confirm your travel details prior to your arrival
