No Parties or Events allowed. All gatherings must be limited to the home's maximum occupancy. Violation of this rule will result in a mandatory $200 fine and forfeiture of your rent. Additional fines up to $2000 may be assessed for those choosing to disregard the house rules.

Occupied guest house behind the main home shares parking and mail box. Please limit parking to spaces in front of garage door and fenced area. Ample street parking is also available.
