Cande's Cottage at Madeira Beach is an authentic mid-century Florida Beach Cottage; bright, airy, and beautiful. A perfect retreat for the fall, winter, and spring seasons that anyone would love to call home. Perhaps a small family, a couple, or a few friends that need a getaway for a season or two, and the summer months are especially grand as well. Our Madeira Beach Cottage is warm and inviting any time of year.

Cande’s Cottage is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, is a 5-minute walk to the beach, Lisa’s Restaurant, 10 minutes to the Brewnette Café and a less than 10-minute stroll to John's Pass where you will find dining, local attractions, and entertainment. There are so many award-winning restaurants, with most offering fresh from the Gulf entrees and other culinary perfections. We have our favorite spots, and you soon will too.
Cande’s Cottage is super quaint and private. Inside has everything you need to relax, enjoy, and settle in. Wi-Fi, central AC, TV's, appliances, a cozy two bedroom with another sleeping area in the living room for the occasional guests, one and a half baths, a dining nook, galley style kitchen, and a large living area for entertaining.

There is a laundry room complete with washer and dryer, and a beach buggy, beach chairs, and beach towels...you just supply the sunscreen, some refreshments and head to the beach for the day or every day.
Outside the private yard offers a secluded oasis to relax. A small, covered deck with a bistro table for two, it doesn't get any more romantic. A Chimenea to enjoy a fire on quiet night and plenty of space for entertaining. The yard is well maintained with Florida tropical flora, the sound and smell of the ocean air, and the never-ending sunshine will have you smiling and basking in this precious enclave.
There is off-street parking behind the cottage; however, with the beach and entertainment only a few minutes’ walk away, your vehicles may not get much use.

The neighborhood is very friendly and private, the few cars that drive by actually live on our street. Everyone waves, says good morning, and thoroughly loves living in this special neighborhood. It is also a pet friendly neighborhood, and our cottage is friendly to select breeds as well. To alleviate the traffic, and maintain quiet, our neighborhood is zoned R2; which requires a minimum stay but chances are you will want stay longer.
