It offers stunning views of the gorgeous sunsets and surrounding nature. Cozy and packed with amenities, it is a quiet, private, right-on-the-waterfront lot with an outside fire pit to enjoy the gorgeous view of Larry's Lake.

The cleaning fee also covers garbage removal at the end of the rental (up to 4 bags) anymore and there is a $10 fee per bag. Please ensure all garbage (including bathrooms) are emptied into the large black bags and left in the garbage bins.
We would like to let possible guests know that we only allow dogs at the cottage. We thank you for interest with other pets but unfortunately we limit this cottage to dogs only.
We also ask for you to bring drinking water for your stay, we are on well water and don't suggest drinking it without boiling first.
There is a fee if other guests are caught on the premises that are not registered.
There are absolutely NO FIREWORKS permitted on the property.

Quiet and close to Tobermory and all its shops and experiences. Perfect for a weekend getaway with your sweetheart or a smaller family. Larry's lake is a shallow, sandy lake that you can enjoy the canoe in. Off the dock ranges from 3-5' (depending on water levels that year) and is good for kids (we recommend at least 5 years or older for the fact there are steep stairs in the cottage) to play in and try and catch minnows. It's a great location for canoeing and relaxing on the dock. The cottage allows 3 adults and 2 children max.
You have full access to the cottage and the property, you may be able to use the garage upon request
