Stunning Spanish Modern Guest House

Our Spanish Modern studio has recently undergone a complete remodel resulting in a stunning casita for travelers with an eye for design. In the Central Phoenix historic district of Encanto, the casita sits behind the main house, is close to downtown, hip restaurants, and nightlife, while still located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood

Amenities include a HD big screen TV, local channels, Netflix access using your own account, 100 mbps wireless internet, and a simple fold out sofa with memory foam pad, and fantastic down pillows. The bed is super comfortable and new blackout curtains assure a good nights rest. The studio features a full-size walk in shower, washer and dryer, a kitchenette (microwave oven, toaster oven, tea and coffee kettle, French press, and a mini-fridge). Fresh towels and linens, along with dishes, glasses and silverware are also provided. A/C and heating keep the casita pleasant and comfortable, and all systems are brand new. Parking is available in driveway as long as front house not in use, otherwise street parking in front of house is available.
