Please be informed that street parking is allowed for 48 hours only! We have 2 parking spot on Garage available & on driveway as well!

Maximum 10 Guests ONLY. For guests staying more than 7 people, you may need to bring your own Linen & Beddings to use as we only have 3 king beds & 1 double bed. Thank you for understanding!

☆ PETS ☆
We warmly welcome dogs to our home, and there is an additional pet fee of $80 that must be settled prior to check-in. However, please be aware that we still need to clean after our pets to show courtesy to our cleaners.

☆ NO CABLE☆
Please note that we do not provide cable TV in the house. However, there is a TV available for you to use with streaming services or to connect your devices or use your own account for entertainment.

☆ AIR CONDITION ☆
Just giving a heads up that the central AC controller is located at the 2nd floor incase you like to adjust your preferred temperature! 👍

☆ ALLERGEN CONCERNS☆
For allergy concerns, we do not provide cooking oil. Please make sure to bring your own if needed.

☆ TRASH ☆
For guests on a short stay, Trash bins are located beside the garage in case you need. Tuesday is trash day, but you don't need to do anything as we will take good care of everything for you!
