Discover the heart of convenience and luxury at The Sundance Inn/Villa, especially during events like Coachella and Stagecoach at the nearby Empire Polo Grounds. Our interior design blends relaxed urban-desert sophistication with mid-century and Scandinavian influences. The thoughtfully designed LIVING AREA seamlessly combines comfort, entertainment, and productivity. With an open floor plan, a modern 70-inch Smart TV, gas fireplace, games, DVDs, and a dedicated workstation, it's perfect for family gatherings or work retreats.

The LARGE KITCHEN, a culinary haven with an expansive working island, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped BREW & BARREL BAR, caters to coffee and beverage enthusiasts.

The DINING ROOM, with a live edge wood table for up to 8 individuals (expandable to 10), offers a picturesque view of the patio and golf course for memorable gatherings.

Our Bedrooms feature brand-new furnishings, linens, and accessories for a comfortable and luxurious stay:

✦ Master Bedroom – A private ensuite retreat with a King bed, double sink vanity, separate shower and tub, and a 55" HD Smart Fire TV. Glass sliding doors offer views of the pool, patio, fountain, golf course, pond, and mountains.

✦ BEDROOM 2 – Queen bed with a full bath shared with Bedroom 3 & Den/Bdrm 4.

✦ BEDROOM 3 – Queen/Twin bunk bed with a Twin trundle, accommodating up to 4 guests. A 43" HD Smart Fire TV, bean bag, and 2nd workstation provide entertainment for all ages.

✦ DEN/Bdrm 4 – Queen sofa bed with a shared jack & jill bathroom with Bedroom 2. French doors connect the den, Bedroom 2, and the bathroom, creating a semi-private retreat with a 55” Smart Fire TV.

Our backyard Oasis combines relaxation, comfort, and endless entertainment with a 10'x26' Saltwater pool, Baja ledge, misting system, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor games, and more.
Additional amenities include central A/C and heating, fully stocked kitchen appliances, laundry room, EV charger, pool door alarm, beach cruisers, and access to community facilities.

Early Check-in/ Late Check-out:

Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is no later than 10:00 am. If we can accommodate earlier check-in or check-out times, we will do so. Our goal is to provide early check-in options whenever possible. Kindly inform us of your preferred check-in time, and we will make a note of it in your reservation. As your check-in date approaches, please contact us to confirm whether we can accommodate your request. Please be aware an additional fee for early check-in may apply.

Where is parking permitted?

Parking is only allowed in the garage and the driveway—a maximum of 3 cars.

Do we allow pets?

Yes! We welcome your fur babies! A $50 fee is assessed per reservation per pet (maximum 2 pets weighing a maximum of 45 lbs.)

Landscaping every Monday and Thursday

Pool Heating:

Pool heating is available to 85 degrees from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm for an additional fee ( 2-night minimum). If you would like the pool heated, please contact us for pricing.

How often is the pool cleaned?

The pool is cleaned on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Your peace of mind and the safety of your children are our top priorities. To enhance child safety, pool door alarms are installed to provide an extra layer of security and alert you of any access to the pool area. Not engaging the pool alarms is a risk to the guest on record. The Sundance Inn does not assume any liability due to the non-use of the pool alarms.

For outdoor enjoyment, we provide plastic and paper dishware and glasses. Please note that for safety reasons, glass and ceramic items are not permitted near the pool area.

Spa:

There are three spas located within the community to be available for our guest to use. The closest spa is .3 miles away and is about a 5 to 6 minute walk from the property.

Is the property located on a golf course?

Please note the home is located on a golf course. While our guests are enjoying the views or watching the golfers, please be aware on occasion a golfer may hit an errant ball onto our property. Please note we are not responsible for any injuries or damage inflicted by a golfer.

Do we allow smoking?

Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside. Ash trays are provided.

We are deeply committed to your comfort and satisfaction, and our dedicated team is here for you during your entire stay to assist with any questions or needs. We aim to guarantee your experience is both tranquil and exceptionally memorable.

Guests are granted full privileges to enjoy the complete residence, including the house, garage, driveway, pool, spa, patio, and backyard. Furthermore, guests are also provided access to the Lifestyle Center, which boasts a range of amenities such as three pools, spas, a fitness center, bocce ball, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.

Guests who furnished us with their vehicle's license plate information may access the community through any of the three entry/exit points, which are located on Avenue 48, Jackson Street, and Monroe Street.

Great weekend getaway
This was a great house. Tons of nice amenities. We brought our food, made all meals at the house with no problems and just relaxed inside and in the pool. We never left the house all weekend.

Relaxing Vacation on Golf Course
My wife and I had a wonderful week staying at Jamie’s home.We were able to have our small dog with us to walk around the neighborhood.The pool was heated and views from the back patio were amazing. We highly recommend staying here to get away from it all .Susan the property manager made sure all of our needs were taken care of.Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly.We look forward to coming back.

Great family vacation home
We had a great time with my parents, husband and kids here. We came when the weather wasn't hot yet but we still enjoyed the pool, since it was heated. Lots of little touches that made the home comfortable and easy to relax. We could easily stay here again.
