This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with one king bed, one queen bed, a twin bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The location is desirable with all of Keystone’s attractions close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet whenever you’re ready to relax. Located right off the Keystone bike trail, and only about a mile walk to Mountain House base area or a quick shuttle ride to River Run Village, you can easily access world class skiing, and several bars and restaurants. This condo has a private hot tub, and The Seasons at Keystone offers shared amenities including an additional complex hot tub, steam room, and a resort shuttle stop.

Just outside the front door is a ski closet for storage. Inside, the entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen, smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa. Just off the living area is a private deck offering a private hot tub with beautiful mountain views. The living area features beautiful wooded views, a gas fireplace, and radiant floor heating. Beautiful primary bath, quartz countertops in the kitchen, and private laundry.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features quartz countertops and new appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off the main living area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is also a private washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with quartz countertops and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a twin-sized bunk bed and a queen bed. The second full bathroom features a shower/tub combination and quartz countertops.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Perfect home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of five loved this unit. I was a little concerned with it being a ground floor unit but the ceilings are nice and high, it didn’t seemed cramped at all. It’s well decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay. We cooked almost every meal there. There was a grill, crockpot, plenty of pots and pans, very well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was perfect, a couple of steps out the back door. We loved having the indoor and outdoor fireplace options. I liked that the back patio was fenced in, didn’t have to worry about our kids wandering too far. The washer and dryer in unit worked great. There was enough laundry soap and dishwasher soap for our entire stay. We saw two moose right about the back of the unit. The only two very, very minor downsides were no broom or vacuum to sweep the floors and no hangers. Again, very minor issues. We’d definitely stay here again.

It was a very clean and wonderful condo. We loved the layout of the condo. The hot tub was great. It was a great location with easy access to the ski resort. We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was beautiful. Although, there was some oversights, 2 stools in the kitchen were completely inoperable/extremely wobbly - you took your chances sitting there trying to eat breakfast. the hot tub was an awesome feature IF you were able to walk to & from without falling face first.. the walkway around the tub was frozen solid of about 3-7 inches of PURE ICE. there was no shovels located on property to try to break it down. we even tried to put things down to create a walkway over the ice, but that failed just as bad - as I took a really bad spill getting out of the hot tub. otherwise all else was great!

Loved this place! Felt like home with everything we needed to cook, comfortable beds, attentive maintenance and office staff. Modern features with gas fireplace and huge windows facing the mountain and snow covered pines.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
