• Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.
• The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 8 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
• The maximum number of cars allowed are 3 in the driveway. Parking on the street is not permitted.
• Access to the NPOA is $10/person/day for any renting guest ages 5+. Towel Rentals available at the Rec Center for $2/towel. Visitors are welcome to bring in their own.
• This residence does not have air conditioning.
• Staircase to loft is steep and not recommended for small children
• No pets
• No smoking
