South Park Hill location, close to zoo, museum, city park and downtown

Named one of the best neighborhoods to live in the country! Park Hill is located a ten minute drive from downtown Denver. However, no need to go that far, when there are coffee shops, casual and gourmet restaurants, an Italian grocery store and so much more a five minute walk around the corner. Or, if you're feeling like some exercise, you can find even more of the same a fifteen minute walk away. Park Hill has beautiful shaded walkways thanks to huge hundred-year-old trees and beautiful architecture from a variety of houses ranging from the 1800's to the present. Our house was built in 1925, but is completely updated and beautifully designed, while maintaining its Tudor charm. The living room has a wood burning fireplace for those cool nights and a totally comfy sectional sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large dining room. Guests have their own private front entrance, while the owners have an apartment in the basement.
