About this space
Airy 1 bedroom unit w/ 1 parking space located just a few miles outside the heart of San Diego. Beautiful & secure gated community with pool, & BBQ gas grill provided. This spacious & tastefully decorated unit has all the comforts of home and more. Immediate freeway access makes reaching downtown & the beach cities a short ride away. The space is ideal for couples, families, solo adventurers & business travelers; giving you access to all SD has to offer!!
The space
Let’s start with a brief overview of the apartment itself and the amenities offered. The apartment is laid out efficiently and utilizes the entire space to its fullest potential. Private bedroom with a comfortable bed and ample closet space gives you all the comforts of home. Apartment has its own dedicated bathroom with full size tub and/or shower, giving all guests privacy from one another when needed. The main common area is an open concept floor plan that is broken into 3 parts. First is the Kitchen & Dining area boasting all brand-new appliances, and fully stocked with items for all your cooking and dining needs. Next is the living room with a cozy yet modern design, plush sofa, 50" Flat Screen Smart Roku TV, High Speed WiFi, and more for you to enjoy. You will also have access to free parking in the complex, plus the outdoor pool, BBQ area and laundry room.

We are not responsible for any closures, unforeseen or planned, of any building amenities (including temporary or indefinite water/power outages). Due to such closures, refunds will not be given. Please also note that pools are seasonal and we are not responsible for any refunds due to pool closures or maintenance :)
Other things to note
Please be aware that there will be additional fees automatically applied for each guest after the 2nd. It is an additional $50 each for a 3rd and 4th guest. Only applied if the additional guests will be staying in the unit overnight :)

A Queen Air Mattress is Available to Rent During Your Stay for an Additional $30 Flat Fee. MUST REQUEST AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECKIN :)

A GRACO Pack 'n' Play is Available to Rent During Your Stay for an Additional $30 Flat Fee. MUST REQUEST AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECKIN :)

A High Chair is Available to Rent During Your Stay for an Additional $20 Flat Fee. MUST REQUEST AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECKIN :)

If the unit is vacant one day prior / after to your arrival / departure date then we can offer Early Checkin / Late Checkout for an additional flat fee of $30 :)

Checkout is at 11am sharp! An unplanned/uncommunicated late checkout anytime after 11:30 am will result in a $30 Late Checkout Fee. For every half hour past 11:30 am, an additional $30 Fee will be applied until the unit has been vacated. Any additional fees/costs incurred directly due to an unplanned/uncommunicated Late Checkout will also be requested for reimbursement from the guest :)

If any one of the access keys are lost or damaged beyond repair during your stay, it will be an immediate $175 charge for EACH individual access item to be replaced :)

We are not responsible for any closures, unforeseen or planned, of any building amenities (including temporary or indefinite water/power outages & restrictions related to COVID-19 regulations). Due to such closures, refunds will not be given.

We may allow 1 pet upon request. There is a $250 fully refundable Pet Deposit required to cover any accidental damage to the furniture, walls, floors or unit. Payment can be sent through and the deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours after checkout and inspection of the unit. If the unit does require any amount of additional cleaning such as for hair removal, or damage repairs, etc then all costs associated will be deducted directly from the $250 pet deposit. The animal must be under 35 lbs. Pets are treated as an extra guest, therefore there is an additional $35 charge per pet per night which can also be sent through along with the deposit. If you are interested, we require the animal's breed, weight, a reference photo to be provided to us prior to check-in. No fees will be charged for service animals, we just ask that you disclose: Whether the assistance animal is required because of a disability & What work or task the animal has been trained to perform.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE UNIT, ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING (VAPE, TOBACCO, MARIJUANA, ETC) WILL LEAD TO A FINE AS HIGH AS $1,000 ALONG WITH AN ADDITIONAL $150 CLEANING FEE BEING ADDED TO YOUR RESERVATION!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF ALL OF THE HOUSE RULES & POSTED COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, NO DRUG USE OR DRUG PARAPHERNALIA ON THE PROPERTY, NO GLASS CONTAINERS OUTSIDE THE UNIT OR IN ANY COMMUNITY AMENITY AREAS. NOISE COMPLAINTS WILL BE ESCALATED TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES. ANY AND ALL DISTURBANCES TO NEIGHBORS OR THE GENERAL COMMUNITY IS A FINABLE OFFENSE UP TO $1000 AND MAY LEAD TO AN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY AND A NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION
