Ideally located for fun and recreation, you’ll find Fraser Tubing Hill, Pole Creek Golf Club, and Winter Park Resort all within a seven-mile radius. Spend a day sledding down the wintery slopes, playing a scenic round of golf, or hiking beautiful terrain in the summer. Enjoy dinner and drinks at Devils’s Thumb Ranch just down the road or spend some time exploring their award-winning Nordic trails. The hot sulfur springs nearby are the perfect spot to soothe any sore muscles after a fantastic day.

This home has open staircases but baby gates are in place for the safety of small children.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
