-One parking spot per reservation in the driveway. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed—$ 500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation

-No parties/events/gatherings. Any guest/group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s). $500 fine for violation.

Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. $500 fine for violation. -If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire BEFORE BOOKING regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy (1. Immediately clean up pet waste and dispose of bagged/sealed waste in an outdoor trash bin or provided pet waste receptacle, if provided. 2. Keep them leashed or crated anytime they're outside. 3. You acknowledge responsibility for any damage caused. 4. Pay the pet fee prior to receiving check-in instructions.).
