It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This third-floor beachfront unit has expansive gulf views with no need for an elevator and plenty of parking with no parking garage…easy acces! Watercrest offers guests a large, heated swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, poolside bar & grill (open seasonally), tennis & pickle ball courts, outdoor showers, picnic area, charcoal grills, & fitness center!

This spacious unit offers over 1,400 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinetry, quartz countertops, oversized kitchen island, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating (including a pullout sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8) with views of the Gulf of Mexico, Smart TV w/cable, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony. There are few units in PCB with balconies this large. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, Smart TV w/cable, double closets, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, complete with a shower bench, safety bar, and double shower heads. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own oversized closet and Smart TV w/cable. The second bathroom also has a large, walk-in shower with bench and double shower heads. The unit has a spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well.
