Welcome to ‘Desert Times’, a vacation home in the coveted Estacio gated community neighborhood of Indio. Open design 4bd/3ba 2,400sq ft rental features gorgeous desert landscape and relaxing backyard complete with pool & spa (heating optional), fire pit, BBQ, and more. Centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and landmark attractions.

‘Desert Times’ includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, pool with spa, and large backyard patio lounge area with fire pit and BBQ. Two bedrooms and a bath are on the east side of the home while the two master suites are located on the west side. The two primary suites feature king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Primary Suite #1 by the pool has a Smart TV with Spectrum Basic cable programming and Primary Suite #2 has a Smart TV with preloaded channels. Primary Bathroom #1 has a soak tub, shower, and double-vanity sink. Primary Bathroom #2 has a shower and double-vanity sink. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and Smart TV with Spectrum Basic cable programming. Bedroom #4 has a bunk-bed.

Upon arriving, you’ll enter through a serene cobblestone paved courtyard that offers an entrance to both the home’s main entrance or what could be considered an attached casita or a second master suite. Once inside, the foyer opens to the generous living room with laminate flooring, ceiling mounted speakers, a gorgeous view to the private backyard pool & spa and features a beautiful gas log fireplace. Living Room also has a Smart TV with Spectrum Basic cable programming. You’ll appreciate the space the formal dining room offers whether for hosting dinner parties or you may just choose to use as a second living area or as an activities room altogether.

In the backyard you will be greeted with a pebble tech pool and spa, surrounded by freshly refinished decking throughout the entire pool and patio area. This backyard is truly an entertainer’s delight which offers a built-in barbecue, a cozy gas firepit to enjoy on those cool stary nights, all surrounded by lush 8-foot Ficus trees.

Full kitchen with gas range, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Additional items include a toaster, blender, set of pots & pans, knife set, cutting boards, baking pans & cookie sheets, tea kettle, and more. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than eight people. Bar amenities and drink ware are included to enjoy your favorite beverages. Coffee maker is Keurig with starter pods included.

There is high speed internet throughout the home for seamless connectivity to all devices and a Nest Smart Thermostat for personalized temperature settings. A washer & dryer for guest use inside the home next to the garage. Guests can park in the two-car garage or large driveway.

With close to a million visitors each year attending its various festivals, shows, concerts, and events, Indio is known as the “City of Festivals.” ‘Desert Times’ is centrally located to reach:

- Old Town La Quinta (10 mins away by car miles away)

Additional Rules and Info:

- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.

- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day, or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool and/or spa heating scheduling.

- One security camera in back yard. Camera is for insurance purposes only and not monitored live.

- Post stay housekeeping is for four hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $80hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their driver’s license at check-in.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.
