Gorgeous Pool/Spa Home on Canal across Cape Harbor with Restaurants and Shops

Experience the charm of Cape Coral in this fabulous 2-story home, promising an unforgettable stay. Enjoy the home's fantastic features and its prime location. Relax in the Jacuzzi overlooking the canal or stroll to the "Marina at Cape Harbor," bustling with excellent restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and boat rentals. Located by a serene canal, you're just minutes by boat from the river and the beautiful beaches of the Gulf. Although the boat lift is temporarily unavailable, this haven offers the ideal blend of tranquility and convenience. A truly special place to be!

I've actually been involved in vacation rentals for more than 14 years now, and this listing is one of my most recent additions. Rest assured, you'll be in good hands!

The garage as well as the boat lift is currently not available for use. Parking only on driveway for up to 3 cars.

POOL & SPA
=================================
- This home has a heated inground pool and spa.
The target temperature is set at 86°F (30°C) using an electric heat pump. The spa can be manually heated to 103 °F (ca. 39 °C) for sessions up to 4hrs. The pool system and heater operate from around 10 am to 4 pm and do not run at night. In winter, we may provide a pool blanket to prevent heat loss, which the guest would have to remove and reapply. We can't guarantee reaching or maintaining the target temperature.

- Note about heat pumps: Pool heat pumps typically operate effectively in outdoor temperatures above 45°-50° Fahrenheit (7°-10° Celsius). Below these temperatures, their efficiency may decrease, and they might struggle to heat the pool efficiently.

Cleaning:
- The pool is maintained by a professional pool company once a week. Please keep the screen doors unlocked during the days.

- Note about cleaning: We do not know the day of service and do not service the pool before every guest's arrival. Hence, if your check-in falls shortly before this cleaning day, and we hosted previous guests, the pool might not be as pristine as after a service, but is still safe and usable.

AC System:
- The home is equipped with a central AC system. We kindly request that you do not lower the temperature below 74 degrees. This is very important and helps prevent potential breakdowns.

Home Services:
- Pests, Lawn, Tree, or other maintenance services might stop by unannounced to service the outside property.
- While we strive to conduct preventative maintenance and schedule repairs during vacancies, there may be rare instances when we need to enter the home for necessary repairs. In such cases, we will contact the guest to arrange a convenient time. We reserve the right to enter the home anytime for emergencies.

Garbage:
- Garbage collection occurs once a week. We kindly ask guests to place the bins by the road the day before pickup.
You can find the pickup days listed in the property info sheet inside the home.

-This home has a propane grill and bottle, the host does not provide refills of propane bottles.

- If you need a baby crib or a high chair, please reach out.

- The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, crockery and kitchen accessories, towels, linens, beach equipment, hairdryer, and bedsheets.

- There is a very limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Usually enough for 2–4 nights. Please bring more of these supplies for a longer stay.

- Sorry we do not offer any special decoration services or flower or chocolate arrangements.

Great house with great management
This is the second time I rented this house. Great location, friendly and helpful management. The house was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was very well stocked. The pool was fantastic. Hot tub was great. The views on the back porch down the canal were beautiful and relaxing. I will deffinetly be staying here again.

Great place 5 star!! House with pool and spa perfect.
House was great much larger than expected. Everything was very nice beds were comfortable. Clean and ready for guests. Kitchen was very well stocked. Pool and spa were awesome. Great location nice and quiet. Host was so accommodating and communication was great 5 starts thanks again!

Grest location and great house
Exactly like shown in the pictures and write up. House was in a quiet neighborhood and at the same time, close to stores and beaches. Property manager always answered my messages in minutes. The pool at the rental home was the warmest pool I ever got at any rental. I loved the house, and i already inquired about another stat at the same house. You cant go wrong with this house.
