Casa Elegante by Ronival Property Management is a ground-floor oasis, nestled within the exclusive Copala community at Quivira, features a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with breathtaking ocean views.

Upon entering, you'll immediately notice the fully-equipped kitchen to your right. On the left, there's the first bedroom, followed by the dining area, and at the far end, the living room, which opens to a private terrace. Adjacent to the living room is the master bedroom.

The kitchen boasts modern appliances, granite countertops, and all the culinary tools you need to prepare your favorite meals.

In the living area, large sliding windows open up to a beautiful outdoor terrace, flooding the space with natural light and providing seamless access to the outdoors.

Getting Around:
Copala offers complimentary transportation within Quivira, all you have to do is call Copala Concierge. Also, there is complimentary transportation available to downtown Cabo / Medano beach from PB Sunset Beach to PB Rose (reservation through Concierge recommended). Please note that complimentary transportation is subject to availability and sometimes waiting times are very long.
