Over 300" of snow this season and the Resort extended the ski season to May 5th plus May 10th - 12th!. You may be thinking about beaches now that it's warming up but the best skiing in Brian Head is now. THE SNOW IS PERFECT! This townhouse is a short, flat and easy (4 minute) walk to nearly every lift, all restaurants, the coffee shop and more. You car stays safe in the warm garage instead of the resort parking lot. We have heated garage parking for up to 3 cars and secure gear storage.

Room for 3 cars and all of your gear
You can leave your car(s) parked and gear stowed in a safe, spacious, dry, two car garage while you truly getaway from it all in Brian Head. There is a third underground, heated garage space just outside the door.

Blending the great thing about a cabin (extra space, great views and privacy) with the benefits of a condo (underground parking, snow removal and prime location), this unit is the best value in Brian Head. You will only be bothered by the neighbors you bring with you (AKA Family and Friends).

What are you kids going to do?
You’ve got kids, we’ve got kids, and they all need to be entertained. Between the three TVs and the giant Lovesac in the Game Loft, smart TVs in every room, a brand new park across the street with sledding hills, there’s enough to keep everyone happy when you're not out adventuring. Best of all… and the wet bar and patio for us grown-ups

AGAIN, THE BRAND NEW BRISTLECONE PARK IS DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM YOUR BALCONY PATIO. We provide a couple of sleds to play on the hills of the park.
You can keep an eye on those little bundles of joy with a Hot Toddy and a snack.

Did we mention the lifts are just steps away?
Sandwiched right between Wildflower and Giant Steps, it is just a short walk to both lifts.
This place is smack in the middle of the action. Close to chairs 1, 2, 3, 5 and 8, and a ski shuttle pick up adjacent to the unit to take you to Navajo Lodge.

Sharing our getaway
Our family loves Brian Head, Duck Creek and Panguitch Lake. We have visited our share of vacation homes, cabins, campgrounds and hotel rooms in the area. When we found this space we found our perfect home away from home. We are sharing our favorite getaway.

THE RULES
We only want to share this space with people equally committed to caring for it while they enjoy it! It is not a party-pad. No smoking (of anything) on property. No pets. We love dogs but even the best behaved Beverly Hills Chihuahua is prone to accidents when left at home all day. There is no yard.

***Keep in mind there are three main entrances to the unit but two often get blocked by snow. You will be entering and exiting from the covered garage and there are stairs to the living areas.

Location
In the heart of Brian Head Utah. three hours from Las Vegas. Only a 6 hour drive from Los Angeles (yes, potentially closer than Mammoth and more fun to get to). Nearby to Zion, Bryce Canyon the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Duck Creek Utah, and Panguitch Lake Utah.

Features based on location:
Directly across from the park featuring a full kids entertainment complex and a pond! .
Close (short walking distance) to two main ski lifts including Giant Steps Lodge. If you are familiar with the lifts these are Chairs 1, 2, 3 and 8.

If you would like to get to Navajo Lodge, this unit is right on the shuttle route. You can leave your car parked in the two car garage for the entire week. It is a short, easy walk to stores, shops, restaurants and more.

If you want to get a little nightlife or culture, you are 30 minutes from Cedar City Utah, home of many great bars and restaurants, the Utah Shakespeare Festival and the Cedar City Museum of Art.

It’s like Park City without the “city” or the crowds, the lines, or the pretension.

"Beautiful and well stocked condo: This is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in at Brian Head. The condo is spacious and well stocked. It has every small appliance you can think of, was stocked with staples and even a great selection of spices. It’s an easy walk to the slopes and easy to ski back in. Our kids (teens) navigated it on their own. They also enjoyed the upstairs bonus room. Well worth it. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it!!"

"Great family ski vacation: We had a wonderful time staying in your townhome! There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen is so well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and cooking utensils which is wonderful for cooking breakfasts and dinners. The ski access to both mountains was easy by walking down to the end of the road to pick up the lifts. It also made it a great option for coming back to grab lunch at the condo when we wanted to. We had quite a bit of snow while we were visiting and the plow did a great job keeping the roads clear. We had a fabulous time in Brian Head and loved staying here! We hope to be back again."

This property was updated three years ago including servicing or replacing most appliances and amenities. We work hard to keep it very clean between guests. Our family frequently stays here as well. In other words we love it and we know you will too.

In the winter, the Brian Head Ski Resort is just a stone's throw away, providing world-class skiing and snowboarding opportunities for all levels. Other winter activities include; snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating, and tubing. In the summer, the surrounding area offers hiking, mountain biking, and fishing, as well as ATV tours. With close proximity to Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, and Cedar Breaks National Monument, this condo serves as the perfect base for exploring the natural wonders of southern Utah.

Known for having the Greatest Snow on Earth, Brian Head Resort has the highest base elevation of any ski resort in Utah. It is sometimes the first to open in Utah and has some of the best spring skiing known to man. Three hours from Las Vegas. Only a 6 hour drive from Los Angeles.
