This Villa also adheres to its Property Management company set of guarantees, benefits, and property usage protocols, which are as follows:

The ‘Property Contents’ Guarantee: The primary guest is given a free $100 “allowance” to purchase anything permanent the property seems to be missing or that will enhance its experience (sporting equipment, games, pool raft, cookware, etc.). Simply photograph the item left at the property, along with its purchase receipt and you will be reimbursed post checkout in full.

The ‘Property Cleanliness’ Guarantee: This Villa is professionally cleaned before each reservation and is guaranteed to have stain free bed sheets, linens, and comforters. However, mistakes can happen and areas can be overlooked due to its large size. Cleanliness is also subjective. Regardless, if you don't feel it has been cleaned properly and/or thoroughly, its cleaning company is contractually obligated to return to clean to your satisfaction. There are also spare linens on standby. Simply let your assigned property manager know upon checkin.

The ‘Property Foreclosure’ Guarantee: This Villas is regularly audited by its property management company to be current on its mortgage, therefore eliminating any risk of a last-minute cancellation due to foreclosure.

The ‘Property Maintenance’ Guarantee: This Villa is protected by full time repair specialists and general handymen who can be dispatched within the hour. If something goes wrong during your stay, simply let your assigned property manager know and it will be addresses immediately.

The ‘Property Accuracy’ Guarantee: This Villa is regularly audited by its property management company to have current photos, recent guest video reviews and an optional virtual tour which guarantees the property to be exactly as advertised and depicted in its photos.

Pool Heat Surcharge Disclaimer: Excess pool heat is only charged if you go over the standard allotment. It is drawn from your security deposit or credit card preauthorization. Guests should budget $65 - $100 per night for fall and winter stays or if run nonstop. Excess pool heat under $100 is waived.
