**BEDROOMS**

This cozy house accommodates 10 guests in 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, plus a bunk bed. The main level has 1 queen bed and 1 king bed. When you walk upstairs into the master bedroom you will see a queen bed. This bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom. When you walk down the stairs you will see 1 bunk bed with twin-sized mattresses. You will also find a king bedroom and a queen bedroom.


**BATHROOMS**

There are 3 full bathrooms on this property. Between the queen and king rooms on the main floor there is a shower/tub combo. Upstairs to the queen master there is a full walk in shower. Downstairs there is another full shower/tub combo. All of our bathrooms will find everything you need, and they are thoughtfully stocked.


**KITCHEN & LOUNGE**

The kitchen you will find is very spacious and airy. It's fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. The dining area will accommodate all the guests on the property. You could also enjoy any meals or your morning coffee on the private screened deck while listening to the water rushing.

The first lounge area has a large cozy couch to sit and enjoy all the steaming shows on the Roku TV. The second lounge area is when you walk downstairs, you will see a comfortable loveseat with an additional Roku TV.


**OUTSIDE SPACE**

The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous views of a creek in the backyard and unrivaled privacy. The deck leading from the kitchen will allow you to relax in the spacious hot tub. You can also enjoy the covered patio that has outdoor seating and corn hole to play. If you want to roast marshmallows, don't worry. There's an outdoor fire pit to sit and relax by.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home except the owner's and storage closet.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract prior to their reservation

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Firewood is not provided. Please coordinate with us before your arrival, if you would like to purchase some firewood for your stay. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
