No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet and television service.
There is no package delivery allowed. There is no smoking or vaping allowed at any time. This includes the parking garage. No gatherings are allowed.

If the cleaning company charges an additional fee due to guest not checking out on time, or leaving the space in a condition that requires extra cleaning services, these charges will be passed along to the guest.
