Thanks for checking my listing. It's for sure not the best in the market & not in the greatest neighborhood, this is not a Palace or Villa, it's an old house & appliances nothing fancy, but we try to make your stay as peaceful as possible & clean as possible, got washer & dryer.
Sorry, there is no dishwasher, you need to handwash dishes. kitchenware is available for cooking. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, malls & gas station,
free wifi 3 tv Roku could accommodate up to 6 cars + street parking.
House is not new, it's about 40 years old with used not new appliances, but everything works fine & might show some wear & tear but fully functional, with updated kitchen & bathrooms recently, but please do not expect a fancy place, especially if you are used to live in a palace of villa or big brand-new house that is equipped with fancy appliances and accessories.
There is a small backyard area that is perfect for a small dog if we approved pets (or you can put pets in the garage)
