About Avon:

Nestled in the trees along Eagle River, it's home to Beaver Creek Ski Resort and right down the highway from Vail. Year-round there are concerts, festivals, and other fun events going on. You can enjoy all of this and your downtime in the perfect location.

The space:

Our condo offers everything you need for an amazing mountain getaway. Renovated tip-to-tail and tastefully decorated, it boasts a fully equipped, modern kitchen and high-end amenities.
Planning your winter escape, you’re almost ski-in-ski-out, with walking access to the free shuttles to Beaver Creek (10 mins door-to-door). Looking ahead, you will find yourself minutes away from great hikes and one of the valley’s favorites, and only public, golf course – Eagle Vail. And, when your daily adventure ends, you can retreat to our condo, which offers numerous amenities for you to relax and recharge.

This two-bedroom, two-bath oasis comfortably accommodates four adults. It offers several features, including: a Smart TV, strong internet, gas fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, a walk-out private balcony steps from the Eagle River run path, a barbecue grill, and onsite parking.

On Pets…

We love dogs and your pet is welcome! However, we do have a few rules for your furry friend to follow:
- Please have your pet stay off the furniture.
- Please clean up after your pet. Please bag all waste.
- Please keep the barking under control.
- Please do not leave your pet unattended.
- Please always keep all your pet’s food inside - wild animals are in the area.
- There is a $50 per pet cleaning fee.
