Family trip to NPI

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice property, needs a few updates on kitchen equipment but overall very nice. Very fishy check in time “rules” according to Padre Escapes. Just because it says 4 they don’t guarantee it...saying it says STARTING at 4. They sure charge for and enforce early check in or late check out but are vague and non commital when families coming in with kids and groceries need to depend on check in time. Their rep was very rude about it on the phone. Also 10 towels total for 16 people and one queen bed made with full sheets that wouldn’t stay on (should have been obvious when made) neither were fixed until Monday since check in was Saturday, Padres grades were not great.

Great location, loved the pool. Couple of things lacking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of four single moms and seven kids stayed at this rental last weekend. Overall we had a great experience! The location was walking distance to the beach (about 7 minutes) and the pool was perfect for our kids (6 and under). One of the televisions wasnt working (which we wouldnt have noticed because it wasnt in the bedroom or main area) and the property management was swift to tell us before our arrival and attempted to replace it while we were there (which we declined since we wouldn't have used it). Some of the things that could have been better. The back door entrance wouldn't stay closed unless it was dead bolted. So we couldn't enter through the closest entrance from the beach and always had to have someone walk around the entire complex to enter through the door with the lock code and then let everyone else in. The walls are certainly thin, so I recommend bringing sound machines for sleeping. The neighbors next door to us had a great time partying until the wee hours of the morning which we heard a lot of...and I'm sure they didn't appreciate our early rising kids. Haha.

Great house in a great location!

Arcade and foosball were fun extras. Turf, picnic table, and hose in the back patio were helpful with cleaning up from beach time.Great location with a short walk to the beach. Disappointed that the water features in the splash pad weren't working and seem to have fallen into disrepair, but we enjoyed both pools. Clear and helpful communication from management.

It was okay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was mostly clean, had plenty of room, and was close to the beach and pool. The kitchen is upstairs, which can be challenging, but we didn’t mind too much. We were unable to do laundry during our stay because the dryer was broken. I notified Padre Escapes on our second day, and they didn’t send anyone out until two days later, and they still couldn’t get it fixed. One of the tvs also had a weird screen issue downstairs in the game room area, so we were unable to use it.

It was a very nice and clean home to stay in for vacation right next to the beach love it .the only thing was the washer and dryer did not work for me to be able to wash,and the balcony light did not work,and the game Machine for the kids to play was broken but playable👌.other then that very good home rental I can recommend for the family.

Perfect for our large family

This was perfect for our large family of 8 adults and 6 kids! It's close to the beach, the kids loved the pool, splash pad and playground. It's in a great location, close to restaurant's and any shopping we needed.

Great spot

This was our second visit to Corpus Christi and this complex. We love the location by the beach and the 2 pool options. We had some issues with the plumbing in the condo but nothing horrible. We are also trying to resolve an issue with a game system that was broken upon our arrival, but which we were suggested to have caused. Other try an those issues, I would say it was an enjoyable experience.

Great family get away

We stayed here with 4 children under 10, a teenager, and 8 adults. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool is across the parking lot. Lots of family fun to be had. It has everything you need. Managers were very responsive to questions.

Great unit

Great location, plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Pool was a bit smaller than expected but still great to have. Beach was walkable but easier to access with golf cart. Great communication.

Family Vacation

The condo was so nice and spacious for all of us. We had 10 adults and 5 kids. The only thing I didn't like was the kitchen was upstairs on 3rd level and BBQ pit was downstairs on first level. It was inconvenience to walk to the 3rd level to bring or take food up. My legs were sore from going up and down. Pools were awesome. We didn't go to beach just spending time at pool and condo with family. My husband has cancer and doing chemo so not very much sun for us. The lights did go out while we were making dinner but came back on in 2 hours rather than 4 hours. All in all it was so much fun!!

Wonderful family beach getaway

I stayed here with my extended family- a total of 7 adults and 4 kids. We all really enjoyed it. Condo was just as pictured, in good shape and was well appointed. Plenty of room to spread out and we really appreciated that every bedroom basically had its own bathroom. Beds were firm but we slept well. The linens and towels were nice and we used the washer and dryer and appreciated that feature. Kitchen had everything we needed and while lugging groceries up three flights of stairs wasn’t ideal, it wouldn’t keep us from staying here again. While the condo is very close to the beach, next time we would rent a golf cart because it’s a little too far to walk carting kids, coolers and beach gear- probably 5-10 minutes. The beach is probably the best beach I’ve been to in Texas- nice sand and the water was actually pretty clear. Another plus side, the kids loved the pool and splash pad as well as the game room. The pool was right outside our door. We played card games at the kitchen table which had lots of seating. Property management was very helpful and responsive and when we had an A/C issue, they sent someone out right away - we had no further issues the entire stay. The entire complex was busy but we had zero issues with noise from other units. Overall, we would highly recommend this place and will consider staying here again.

Property was good but management company should be fired. Worst property managers ever. Don’t stay

Premier should be fired by the actual owner of the condo. Premier was told at least 24 hours prior to our arrival that the units washing machine was broke. They offered a half ass solution, basically a rude cleaning lady offered to take towels to a neighboring laundry mat. Mind you she wanted to come and get towels at 4pm. I’m not sure how you all do vacation, but we go to the beach and pool well past 4 pm. The machine needed parts…we live in an Amazon world where you can get parts overnighted. And if not, Home Depot and Lowe’s have washers on hand. If a poorly managed property company doesn’t have the emergency funds to replace a $500 washer maybe they should reconsider being a management company. Also asked to speak to the GM multiple times and was told we would receive a call within the hour…well it’s been 72 hours…you think we have received a call?? NOPE Please save yourself the heartache and stay elsewhere. Lisa, Krystal should go through more training on customer service

Room for the whole family!

We have a big family and this house was able to accommodate everyone comfortably. It was very clean and well equipped with all the kitchenware that we need to cook at the house. It’s close enough to the beach where you can walk, about 5 minutes, but we decided to rent a cart and it was more convenient to go back and forth. The house was beautiful but the kitchen being on the 3rd floor gave us all an unwanted workout lol. Overall, the house was beautiful and we would recommend it to anyone with a big family.

Great Family Townhouse

The townhouse was great for our family getaway! We had young children and the kid’s splash pad is a 1 minute walk out the door, which was great! The beach was about a 5-6 minute walk using the public beach access road right next to the townhouse. Overall, very clean and a great place for a larger group!

Helpful property managers for bumpy weekend

The rental property and location were as advertised. However, during our first night there, the refrigerator began arcing near the compressor. Management worked with us to get us access to another unit's fridge, but it took time and was somewhat inconvenient. I have nothing but good things to say about the property manager and maintenance manager in spite of the issues with the property itself. Also, we were unprepared for the bumper crop of mosquitoes. Low winds and recent rain made for an itchy weekend. Bring repellant!

Sunrise Shore

This unit was exactly as it was advertised. Very impressed with the cleanliness. Beautifully decorated. Great air conditioning, even in the hottest days of August. Kitchen is fully equipped. We will definitely come again and we highly recommend these town homes. The Quintanilla Family 08/31/2020

Family of Friends

Location..location! Perfect location for all day at the beach! House was great for 4 families, plenty of space. Everyone had a bathroom, shared space was spacious! Only cons, kids room was entrance and top floor was hot!!
