Very spacious and charming four-bedroom, two-bathroom Lakeside retreat with central AC, spread across a double lot in the center of Lakeside (Maple Ave between 5th and 6th). This 100+ year old Victorian beauty has been impeccably renovated and features every amenity to make your stay abundantly relaxing and enjoyable.

Entering this property, you'll walk through a large wrap around enclosed front porch that's perfect for your morning coffee or for an evening meal, just before heading to programs at the Hoover auditorium just two blocks away.

The main floor features an entry foyer leading into a large living room with a sectional couch, 48" smart TV and plenty of seating for movie nights. Just off of the living room is a large formal dining room that overlooks the porch and also leads to a quiet and bright sunroom, which is perfect for reading, napping, playing games...you name it!

Calling all chefs! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals and includes a large center island, granite countertops and a dishwasher. Just past the kitchen is a laundry room with new washer / dryer and plenty of space to store lake towels, rafts, and fishing poles.

Head outside the backdoor and you'll find a gorgeous, fenced in patio with plenty of seating for the entire family, a large propane grill and twinkle lights galore to set the perfect summer night ambience.

Original, resurfaced wood flooring is throughout the large common space at the top of the stairs. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, plenty of dresser / closet space for your clothes and luggage, and its own private reading room.

The second bedroom has two double bunkbeds and further down the hallway is a 3rd corner bedroom with a queen bed and also a 4th bedroom with one double bunkbed.

The upstairs full bath features a tub/shower combo while the downstairs bath has a stall shower. There is blazing hot wifi throughout this home, as well as ice cold multi-level AC to keep your family comfortable.

There is parking for up to 4 vehicles, a Grizz E Level 2 EV charger for non-Tesla electric cars, and a 4 person golf cart included. Maximum occupancy is 13. No pets allowed.

*Please note: a cleaning fee of $200 is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware, remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds.

**Please note: Pool and other Lakeside activities are seasonal. During the summer months, all guests and cars require paid entrance to Lakeside to access the house and the amenities the town has to offer. ***Please note that for bed linens and towels will NOT be provided. You can either bring your own towels and linens or use Lakeside Linen Supply, a local business, that will deliver linens to the porch the day of your arrival and pick them up after you depart.
