750 sf 1st floor condo with a King bedroom, Queen bedroom and Queen memory foam sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Bedrooms are furnished with sheets, quilt, blanket, Amazon Echo alarm clocks to stream music or podcasts, iron, ironing board, storage for clothes, hanging rack, 32' Smart tvs and 12" of storage space under the bed for suitcases. Linens and towels are provided along with hair dryers and a washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, pots/pans...
There are 9 stairs leading to the entrance of the main floor condo. There are no handicap alternatives for the stairs. There are "No Pets Allowed" signs by the stairs. This means pets are not allowed to relieve themselves in landscapes beds. There is a designated dog area next to the dumpsters. Please clean up after pet. There are doodie bags provided on the leash behind the front door and in the kitchen drawer.
Looking to bring your boat? Brooks Bridge Marina located 2 minutes from the condo on the same side of the street and bay.
Cost: $3 per foot per day up to 4 days; $14.50 per foot for the entire stay up to a maximum of 7 days. Includes: water & electric with 110/30/50 amp. You can call to reserve ahead.
