Enjoy great bay views from your private balcony just off the living room. The luxurious primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a private ensuite with double vanity sinks. It also provides a beautiful custom tile shower. The quaint second bedroom features a bunk bed (double over double), and the living room offers a sleep sofa. A stackable washer/dryer is available, along with free Wi-Fi. Our guests have full access to The Residences' landscaped rooftop plaza, where you can watch the sunset from the fire pit and listen to a large water feature. Please take advantage of the shared grilling area and grill out for dinner, or relax and enjoy our stunning Mid-Atlantic coastline. You can float in the indoor saltwater pool or chlorinated outdoor pool, or how about working out in the onsite gym? It's your choice, your vacation!

THINGS TO KNOW: One dog is permitted with a pet fee. No smoking! Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. Two-night minimums are required. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
