All guest must register with ocean lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This is a $12 per/day/night, per vehicle fee which is paid to ocean lakes (if not done in advance with the express parking it is $15). This parking pass allows ALL visitors to enjoy ALL the amenities of the campground making this a true value.

Spend your days relaxing on the porch, swimming in the ocean or enjoying the new water park.

Wake up to a gorgeous day and enjoy breakfast with your family on the nice covered deck. Continue your day at the beach, pools, and water park. Play putt-putt golf or just ride the golf cart and explore the campground. Enjoy all the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer.

We take pride in our homes at Ocean Lakes by keeping them well maintained and clean for your enjoyment. The house is checked before and after each rental to ensure the house is clean and ready for next renter.
One golf cart is provided with this property. You must be 21 or older have a valid driver’s license and be staying at this property to drive the golf cart. This is a family campground and therefore only families are considered. No smoking inside the house. Please smoke outside- both upstairs and downstairs deck to relax and smoke. A gas grill is available and located on the bottom deck house.

Ocean Lakes Family Campground has several beautiful pools, including the new water park amenities at Sandy Harbor. A large sun deck that includes reclining chairs for sunbathing and several kiddie pools and Sandy Harbor Splash Zone. The pool deck is surrounded by landscaping and is part of the Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center with restrooms and changing areas. Enjoy a meal or snack at Sandy Harbor Cafe adjacent to the pools and Sandy Harbor Mini-Golf. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. Ocean Lakes takes great care with its pools, which are serviced daily. The “All-Seasons” indoor pool is open year round and is heated in the winter time. Water aerobics have become very popular throughout the year with guests of all ages.
