At home, enjoy amenities for up to 10 guests in our spacious 4 bed/3bath home including two living spaces, gorgeous kitchen, formal dining space, patio space, and a large yard.

Welcome to Rock The Block- step inside to see our newly remodeled cozy home. Our main living area features plush seating, a fireplace, and a large smart tv. For additional space, head upstairs to find another living area with a large smart TV and more seating. When you're not indulging in Fayetteville's awesome food scene, you'll be able to whip up your favorite dishes in our fully stocked kitchen and dine in our formal dining space.

In the back yard, enjoy the fresh air by relaxing on the patio or utilizing the yard space.

When it is time to turn in for the night choose between our 5 beds.
1) The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, and large ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
2) The second bedroom is upstairs has a king bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
3) The third bedroom is also upstairs and has a king bed, closet, and nearby bathroom.
4) The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
5) There is also a fold out couch that is a size queen in the upstairs common space.

Guest Access:
Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you’re coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there’s something for everyone in your crew.

Getting Around:
Located right off the downtown square, one block from U of A. Public Transit, bike trail access, and ride share available.

★ Free parking available for 5 cars behind the house.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
